Nicole DeSouza is an Adjunct Professor at Widener’s Delaware campus teaching Legal Methods III. Professor DeSouza received a B.A., summa cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College, and a J.D., cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law. During her time as a law student, Professor DeSouza was an Executive Board Member of the Widener Law Review.
Following graduation from law school, Professor DeSouza clerked for the Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman with the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Professor DeSouza then joined the law firm of Sidkoff, Pincus & Green, P.C. in Philadelphia as an Associate Attorney, where she handled a wide variety of civil litigation matters. In 2013, Professor DeSouza returned to Judge Gantman’s chambers as a Deputy Law Clerk.
Professor DeSouza is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
