Since 1999, Cary Flitter has been an Adjunct Professor at Widener University School of Law's Delaware Campus. He teaches Consumer Finance Litigation and Identity Theft. He is the partner responsible for litigation with the law firm of Lundy, Flitter, Beldecos & Berger, P.C. with offices in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and Burlington County, New Jersey. His practice entails a variety of consumer credit matters and other diverse commercial disputes. He has also given numerous lectures and CLE presentations. He is admitted to practice in good standing before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Fourth Circuit, and the Eighth Circuit; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, and the District of Nebraska; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In 2006 he served as Co-Chair of the Federal Courts Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. In that capacity, he assisted in liaison projects between the County Bar and the Eastern District Bench. He received a B.S. in Finance from Philadelphia University in 1976 and a J.D. from Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1981.
