around the world who are currently engaged in or interested in a
business law career within government, industry or private practice, and
who wish to advance their expertise in Delaware corporate law without
the expense and disruption of relocating to the United States for a
traditional seated on-campus program. Although the program is geared
toward foreign attorneys, American students with a JD degree are
eligible to apply for admission into the online corporate LLM program.

JD and a LL.M. in corporate law or a related field.
