Bar Facts - The Delaware Bar Examination

Bar Examination Format
The 2009 Delaware Bar Examination is scheduled for July 27, 28 and 29.
The examination consists of three parts: the Delaware Essay section, the Multistate Performance Test (MPT), and the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE).

Bar Exam Applications
Applications should be filed by March 15 with a non-refundable application fee of $500. However, applications will be accepted until April 15 with a non-refundable application fee of $600. No applications will be accepted after April 15. Applications are obtained by sending a written notice of intent to take the bar exam to:
