Tuition and Fees
TUITION
Tuition for first-time Widener Bar Review takers is $2,400. If tuition is paid in full by May 1, 2009, then a $100 discount is available. Tuition for Widener Bar Review Alumni is $1150. This tuition is also eligible for the $100 discount if paid by May 1, 2009.

Credit for Bar/Bri deposits will be honored upon receipt of required documentation. Students should contact Bar/Bri directly to obtain required verification.

BarBri Multistate Primer

This introductory workshop begins before the bar review course starts and allows applicants to build their foundation of MBE knowledge and to get early practice answering and reviewing questions. Lectures will be in streaming video on the BarBri website. The workshop is included in your Delaware tuition price if paid in full by March 16TH.

BarBri Preview

The Multistate Preview is a 5-day workshop featuring three days of diagnostic testing and question-focused review for all six MBE subjects followed by a 100-question simulated MBE. The workshop concludes with a full-day topic by topic discussion of the simulated exam. This workshop is included in your Delaware tuition price if paid in full by May 1, 2009.

A completed Registration Form is required for enrollment prior to the first day of classes.

LATE FEE
A $100 late fee will be imposed on registrations received after May 18, 2009.

REFUNDS
Refunds, less the $100 non-refundable registration fee, will be issued prior to the first day
of classes. After the first day of classes, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of
classes held and when materials have been returned. Students must notify the Bar Programs Office in writing immediately of their withdrawal. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2009. No refunds will be issued for used materials. All Bar/Bri and Delaware state materials must be returned to obtain a refund.

RECEIPT OF MATERIALS
Payment in full must be received prior to receipt of materials. Date for distribution of
materials will be announced later.

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING
On-campus housing will be available for any interested Bar Review student for the duration of the Bar Review program and Bar Exam. Please contact our office if you are interested in receiving information and an application.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

COURSE COMPONENTS

The Outlines
Comprehensive bar exam-oriented outlines covering both the
Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) and Delaware essay portion.

The Lecture Series
Substantive lectures covering each multistate and state subject. The lectures highlight the most frequently tested issues and provide the tools necessary to handle them. The day sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. and the evening recorded replay sessions start at 6:00 p.m. Classes generally meet 5 days each week and some Saturdays. Length of class varies with lecture presented; MBE lectures are typically 3-4 hours while Delaware lectures
take 1.5 - 4 hours.

The Multistate Performance Test (MPT) Review
The MPT review combines comprehensive and extensive materials (including practice performance tests) with exam-proven workshops designed to teach you how to manage the extensive information and limited time of the performance test.

The Conviser Mini Review
Highly condensed multistate summaries, flow charts, comparison charts and exam pointers ideal for final review.

The Bar/Bri Multistate Enhancer
This workshop is fully course-integrated and provides applicants practice MBE questions after each topic thereby reinforcing the law. MBE experts point out tricks and traps most commonly used by examiners.

Three-Day Multistate Maximizer Workshop
The Maximizer Workshop includes a full 6-hour simulated multistate exam and two full days of review and analysis, covering the subject areas and testing patterns from the most recent bar exams. Applicants can submit their exam answers for computer grading and ranking against other BarBri students nationwide.

Essay Writing Workshop
Essay specialist, Professor Joseph Marino will conduct a 1-day essay writing program based on his famous Four Step Systematic Approach to essay writing. Professor Marino teaches how to read and legally interpret a set of facts; the three ways to discover hidden issues; how to create an outline using his bar analysis technique and how then to write a point scoring answer for the subjective requirements of the essays. The students will apply Professor Marino's techniques to essays written in class under simulated exam conditions.

StudySmartTM Software on the Internet
Students will be able to download innovative computer software offering a variety of testing formats including a fully simulated Multistate exam. The interactive design provides instant feedback and extensive analysis keyed to the outlines.

Study Schedule
A daily schedule guiding students through the complexity of studying for the bar exam at a manageable pace.

MPRE Review
A comprehensive 4-hour lecture will review the scope, substance and techniques needed to tackle the MPRE. The lecture is supplemented by a substantive, bar exam-oriented
outline and the StudySmartTM software available on the internet. Students also receive
complete MPRE practice exams and simulated MPRE questions with fully analyzed answers. The MPRE lectures are given three times per year just prior to each MPRE exam. The MPRE Review is available at no additional charge.
