FAQ

What does it cost?
There are no student costs or examination fees.

Who can participate?
The program is designed primarily for students and alumni planning to sit for a bar examination.

Please direct any other questions or comments you may have to the Bar Programs Office, located in room 226, or at 302-477-2087.

What should I do if my schedule will not allow me to attend all the sessions?

  • For credit: See course instructions or course administrator.
  • Non-credit: It is recommended that you attend as many lectures as possible to maximize the benefits from the program. Since prior registration is not required, you may attend as many lectures as your schedule permits. All lectures are videotaped and placed on reserve in the library for viewing. Lectures by Widener faculty may be checked out overnight, while BarBri lectures may only be viewed in-house.

Students planning to take practice examinations should check ahead of time to coordinate lectures with examination topic coverage.

What should I do if I am unable to attend the in-class testing opportunities?

  • For credit: See course instructions or course administrator.
  • Non-credit: An examination drop-off collection box will be located in the Legal Information Center for participants who are unable to attend the Thursday in-class testing sessions. These students will be permitted to pick up test materials from the Bar Programs Office early in the testing week for submission by the drop-off deadline (11 pm). Late submissions will not be scored
