Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Widener Law’s Harrisburg campus offers a Juris Doctor/Master of Library Science (JD/MSLS) dual degree program. The program combines legal training with the techniques of library science, placing a special emphasis on information technology.
With the specialized knowledge offered by this dual degree program, you could pursue a career as a law librarian or use the research skills you gain to further your career as a lawyer. You must seek admission to both degree programs separately, but 6 credits of your MSLS coursework may be applied to your J.D., and 6 credits of your JD coursework may be applied to your MSLS.
