study abroad programs are open to students who have completed at least one year of study in an ABA-accredited law school and who are in good standing at their schools, and to graduates of ABA-accredited law schools. American lawyers, foreign law students or foreign applicants with graduate degrees in disciplines other than law, may be considered for admission. Formal acceptance into the program can only be granted once all application requirements are fulfilled.
Please note: if you are a Widener student, you must have a minimum of a 2.3 GPA to be accepted into our summer abroad programs. Delaware students must obtain a Dean’s Action approval from the dean of student’s office if they have a GPA between 2.3 and 2.5. Students will be required to leave the program if they do not maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA at the end of the spring semester.
Apply Via MailComplete an application, provide a letter of good standing from your home law school, and remit a non-refundable registration deposit of $100.
