To apply for admission to the Widener Law
Juris Doctor (JD) program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university prior to beginning law school. You must also register with the
Law School Data Assembly Service and sit for the
Law School Admission Test (LSAT).
Although all JD applicants must follow the same
application procedures and fulfill the same
admission requirements, there are special considerations for
transfer students and
international students.
It is also possible for students enrolled at other institutions to take classes for credit at Widener Law. Such
visiting students have special admission qualifications and procedures.
You can always
IM an admissions counselor or
contact the admissions office if you need help with any part of the process. Our
Admission FAQ is another helpful resource.
