Requirements for International Students
Widener Law is committed to a diverse student population and welcomes international applicants. Please note that all foreign applicants must submit a complete application
by April 1.

As an international student, you must submit all foreign transcripts through the
Law School Credential Assembly Service. The American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers will complete a Foreign Credential Evaluation and attach it to your CAS Report. You may need to submit a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). (LSAC’s TOEFL code for JD CAS is 0058.) Your TOEFL score will be included in your CAS Report.

The Admissions Office may require additional information before your file is reviewed. Please contact the Admissions Office for further details.

Requirements for Resident Alien Students
If you are applying as a Resident Alien, you must include your resident alien number on your application for admission.
