The 34th Annual Judge G. Fred DiBona Moot Court Compeititon will be held during the fall 2012 semester. The competition is open to all 2RD, 2ED, 3RD, 3ED, and 4ED students with a cumulative G.P.A. of 2.7 or greater, except those students who have been precluded from Moot Court competitions in the past.
This competition is mandatory for all Moot Court members.
Students who sign up are
required to download the packet and present a ten-minute oral argument during preliminary rounds.
The DiBona Competition is entirely composed of oral argument. There will be no written brief requirement for this competition.
