The Career Development Office makes every effort to accommodate students in the 4-Year Program, and we urge you not to neglect career planning because of time constraints. We offer
evening office hours and evening division workshops, and make
career counselors available, upon request, for evening and telephone appointments.
CounselingCareer counselors can help you define your career objectives, design a resume, draft cover letters, and prepare for interviews. They can also help you transition to a legal position from your current job, or help you find ways to gain legal experience that will fit your schedule. If you cannot find a time to meet with a career counselor, consider emailing or faxing your materials and then schedule a telephone appointment to discuss them.
Programming
The Career Development Office offers workshops and presentations during evening hours throughout the year. Check with the Career Development Office and watch your Widener Law email account for information concerning upcoming events.
