Referring to our website or contacting our helpline (302-477-2221/ext.2221 for Delaware, 717-541-1927/ext.1927 for Harrisburg) may help solve your problem. If your problem is a hardware issue, please bring your computer by our office.
Who must I contact to borrow the Mobile Lab?The mobile lab unit is operated by Media Services. Any inquiries should be directed toward Media Services (ext. 2104 for Delaware, ext. 3944 for Harrisburg).

What is my password?If you have previously registered for Self-Service Password Management, your password may be reset here. Otherwise, you must contact the helpdesk to verify your identity in order to reset your password.
Is the Vista operating system or a Macintosh computer supported?Vista and Macintosh operating systems are not installed on campus computers. Personal computer support will be considered by case.
Can I have a computer that is being thrown away?Computers being recycled can not be given away. Faculty and staff will receive an email generally every year for desktops and once every four years for laptops regarding a drawing.
