CampusCruiser.com is an online information delivery platform provided to educational institution user who agrees to be bound by this terms and conditions. TCC shall have the right in its sole discretion at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature on this site. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including but not limited to posting on any area a revised version of this Agreement, or notification by electronic mail. Any use by a user of CampusCruiser.com after such notice shall conclusively be deemed to be acceptance of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions.

All areas used must be for lawful purposes only. You shall not post any Material on, or transmit any material to, any area or part of the site that: (i) violates or infringes in any way the rights of any third party; (ii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable; or (iii) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law. TCC shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and your use of CampusCruiser.com at any time for any reason, in its sole discretion.

This agreement and any operating rules constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts in New York. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
