Software is made available to you because Widener University has purchased license coverage for the Software through Microsoft Campus Agreement Subscription. Widener University is extending to you the right to use the Software for Campus-related purposes at home. You are not licensed to use the Software at home for personal purposes. You do not own the license or the CDs, rather you are authorized to use the Software and associated media pursuant to the terms and conditions of the license(s) granted to Widener University for the term of Widener’s Campus Agreement Subscription. You will be required to remove the Software from your home machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event which causes you no longer to be a faculty or staff member or employee of the institution for any reason or (b) expiration of the Campus Agreement Subscription term.

Procedure for Obtaining Software:
  1. Call the ITS Helpdesk at 302-477-2221 (DelawareCampus) or 717-541-1927 (Harrisburg Campus), and request to borrow a copy of the Software to install on your home computer.
  2. When the CD(s) is available the helpdesk will call you back and let you know that your CD(s) is available for pick-up at the ITS office.
  3. You will need to sign a “User Acceptance Form” when you pick-up your CD(s).
  4. The CD(s) may be borrowed for a period of two weeks, after this time the CD(s) will need to be returned to the ITS department. This allows you fourteen days to install the Software on your home computer.
