In addition to the residence halls, Widener Law’s Delaware campus offers 24 fully furnished, on-campus townhouse apartments for rent. These apartments are available in three different layouts as follows:
Style 1:
Six (6) 1-bedroom apartments with a study.
Style 2:
Six (6) 2-bedroom standard apartments.
Style 3:
Twelve (12) 2-bedroom deluxe apartments that offer more bedroom space than the 2-bedroom standards.
The townhouses are two stories, and each floor of the building houses a single apartment with both a front and back entrance. The apartments are air-conditioned, fully furnished, and come equipped with a washer and dryer. In addition, they are cable ready and offer both Ethernet and wireless Internet access.
Students wishing to live in a townhouse choose their own roommates, and will not be assigned a roommate. Please note that the assignment of these apartment spaces is based upon how long a law student has lived on-campus.
The apartments are offered on a 9-month lease. Some of the apartments are
ADA accessible.
Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in any on-campus residence.
