Play a vital role in determining the recipients of the Law School’s most prestigious awards: the Alumni of the Year Award, the Outstanding Service Award, and the Recent Alumni Award. Each year these awards are made to honor the most deserving candidates. Your nominations are key to selecting our most deserving alumni for these awards Please submit your nominations online by June 15, 2008.

Criteria for Nomination:

Alumni of the Year Award - This award honors an alumnus or alumna who, through service to his or her community or profession, and/or by honors received, service rendered or other accomplishments, has brought honor, recognition and distinction to Widener University School of Law. For a list of past recipients please visit the Annual Alumni Awards web page.
Outstanding Service Award - Service awards are granted for outstanding alumni service to the Law School as a whole, to a particular concentration within the school, and/or to one’s profession where Widener Law School is involved in the service. Awardees are not eligible for repeat awards even though their service continues to be valuable.
Outstanding Recent Alumni Award - This award recognizes work by recent graduates (five years out) who show energy and dedication as lawyers or community leaders and/or provide invaluable service to Widener University School of Law.
