The Delaware Campus, located just north of Wilmington, houses the Widener University Law Center; a branch of Widener's continuing education component, University College; and part-time graduate programs in business. There are approximately 649 full-time students, 180 of whom are residential students. Additionally, approximately 580 part-time students attend classes on the Delaware Campus. The full-time faculty of the campus numbers 64; the adjunct faculty, 105; with administrative exempt and non-exempt staff numbering approximately 142. The number of contracted services personnel in food service, bookstore, and housekeeping numbers 27. All applicants for university employment are required to reveal prior felony criminal offenses on the employment application form. Hiring decisions may be affected by a prospective employee's criminal history.

As a private institution, Widener reserves the right to limit access at any time to any facility.
