I.D. Cards
ID Cards Policy
All community members, staff, faculty, and students are required to carry their identificatoin cards at all times. In order to prevent trespassers from entering university grounds and facilities, all community members are required to display his or her identification card upon request of a university official. All service personnel are required to display their identification cards at all times on their outer garments.

Identification Card Information for 2009-2010

New Law Students (RD/ ED): You will have an opportunity to get your ID card picture taken during orientation week. Media Services will be available to take pictures on the second floor of the Law Library Building. Cards will be printed by Campus Safety in Delaware and distributed at the Circulation Desk on the first floor of the Library Building, Harrisburg Campus.

Returning Law Students: Students needing replacement ID cards will have to go to the Bursar’s Office. The cost of an ID card replacement will remain $25. The Bursar’s Office will give you a receipt. Please give the receipt to Brian Fearnbaugh of Media Services. Brian Fearnbaugh will email the information on the receipt to Campus Safety in Delaware for printing and activation of the ID card. Replacement ID cards will be available at the Circulation Desk on the first floor of the Library Building, Harrisburg Campus.

Graduate Programs, Social Work Program and School of Nursing: Students in these programs should see their program representative, (Trevor Evans, Social Work and Andrea Wolf, School of Nursing), who will coordinate with Media Services for a time to have their ID card pictures taken.
