All community members, staff, faculty, and students are required to carry their identificatoin cards at all times. In order to prevent trespassers from entering university grounds and facilities, all community members are required to display his or her identification card upon request of a university official. All service personnel are required to display their identification cards at all times on their outer garments.

Identification Card Information
New Law Students: You will have an opportunity to get your ID card picture taken during orientation week. Media Services will be available to take pictures on the second floor of the Law Library Building.
Returning Law Students: Students needing replacement ID cards will have to go to the Bursar’s Office to pay for the replacement ID Card. The Bursar’s Office will give you a receipt to give to Media Services who will then provide you with a new ID card. Any student that is unable to have a picture taken during the hours of operation can set up an appointment by contacting the phone number listed above.
Graduate Programs, Social Work Program and School of Nursing: Students in these programs should see their program representative who will coordinate with Media Services for a time to have their ID card pictures taken.
Staff: Please stop by our office in the Law Library and we will assist you.
Once ID Cards are completed, they will be available at the Circulation Desk on the first floor of the Library Building, Harrisburg Campus.
There is a $25.00 fee for ID cards that need to be replaced.
