Widener Law Grad Represents Multiple Victims in Jerry Sandusky Civil Litigation

Widener Law graduate Joel J. Feller ’93 and fellow founding partner Matt Casey of
Ross Feller Casey, LLP
, are responsible for leading a legal team representing several of the victims in the Jerry Sandusky case, including three who testified in Sandusky’s criminal trial.
Ross Feller Casey, LLP will be the firm leading the civil litigation portion of the case. Joining Feller and Casey on the legal team are State College-area attorneys Andrew Shubin and Justine Andronici.
Mr. Feller earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from Widener Law in 1993. A member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Associations and the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Trial Lawyers Associations, he is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has served as a lecturer at both Villanova University Law School and at the Temple University Beasley Law School LLM program, and has presented continuing education for attorneys on the subject of trial advocacy.
Mr. Feller, who has been selected as among the top attorneys in Pennsylvania by Super Lawyers Magazine for the past several years, practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and premises liability. He has represented a variety of catastrophically injured patients and their families throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey over his distinguished career.
