Widener Law played host to 20 international students for a 3-week Summer Corporate Institute
. The students enjoyed courses taught by Widener's distinguished corporate law faculty and also had the opportunity to learn from Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Jr. of Delaware's renowned Chancery Court.
The program also offered participants the chance to visit the nation's capital in Washington, DC. as well as the city of Philadelphia, PA. The students also spent an afternoon visiting with the legal department of the DuPont company.
While in the United States, the students - who came from Australia, Israel, Russia, and Tanzania - also took time to visit attractions ranging from New York City to Delaware's beaches during their down time.
