This page includes: Access to the Library
Access to the Law Library is primarily for the use of the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of Widener University.
Visitors may use the library for research purposes or to access Federal Depository Library Program documents.
Classes may not be held in the Law Library unless they are affiliated with Widener University and approved in advance by the Director.
During periods of high demand by our students, we reserve the right to limit access to students, faculty and staff of Widener University. Borrowing Policy
The collection of the Law Library is intended primarily for legal research. For that reason, the majority of the materials do not circulate so that they will be available to all who use the collection.
Students, faculty and staff of the School of Law and of Widener University are entitled to borrow circulating items.
Law School Alumni and Members of the Bar may obtain a Visitor's Card
which provides them with limited borrowing privileges for circulating items. Law School Alumni may borrow six circulating items, and Members of the Bar may borrow three circulating items.
Library materials may be renewed by logging into your library account at: http://libcat.widener.edu/patroninfo
