On Saturday, April 25th, the Barrister’s Association of Philadelphia presented Widener Law 4th year Extended Division student Charles Gibbs with a scholarship at the Annual Awards and Scholarship Gala held at the Ballroom at the Ben Franklin House. Gibbs and four other students attending area law schools were awarded scholarships.
The Honorable Lydia Y. Kirkland won the A. Leon Higginbotham Jr. Award, and during her acceptance, she acknowledged Widener Law Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Programs
Nathaniel C. Nichols as her first employer.
