. The show will air again on Monday the 28th at 12:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
The episode - “The Sestak Offer: Crime or Politics as Usual?” – will feature a panel of experts discussing the Obama Administration’s offer to Joe Sestak to find a position for him if he voluntarily dropped out of his primary race against Arlen Specter. The panel will discuss the history of the controversy and examine whether or not the offer violated federal law.
The panelists include Ron Levine, a partner at Post & Schell and former chief of the criminal division of the US Attorney's Office in Philadelphia; Jim West, former United States Attorney from the Middle District of Pennsylvania; and via satellite from Pittsburgh reporter Dennis Roddy of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, who was named America's Top Columnist by the Scripps Howard Foundation in 2000 and one of Pennsylvania’s most influential reporters by PoliticsPA in 2005.
Professor Oliver will continue to guest host “In Session” throughout the summer. Beginning in September 2010, Widener Law’s Law and Government Institute
will host a new show to air once a month.
