Widener Law’s Delaware campus will host a four-day compliance program on March 5th, 6th, 8th, and 9th with a focus on pharmaceutical product development and global compliance. Additionally, the program will offer preparation for the Compliance Certification Board exam.
The program includes workshops where attendees will work cooperatively with notable compliance and ethics professionals through simulations to resolve compliance issues and exam questions. Notable speakers include government and private lawyers, in-house compliance officers and legal counsel who are experts in pharmaceutical and device compliance issues.
Widener School of Law is one of only two law schools in the country accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) for the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). In the fall of 2011, The Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics recognized Widener with an award
