
Ruby R. Vale Professor of Corporate and Business Law
Lawrence A. Hamermesh will deliver a luncheon address on Saturday, March 24th at a luncheon for members of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee of the ABA Business Law Section.
The luncheon is part of the ABA Business Law Section’s 2012 Spring Meeting being held from March 22nd through 24th in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event features more than 60 CLE programs and over 300 committee and subcommittee meetings.
The Director of Widener Law’s
Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law, Professor Hamermesh graduated from Haverford College and earned his J.D. from Yale Law School. Prior to joining the Widener Law faculty in 1994, he was an associate attorney and later partner with the law firm of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell in Wilmington, Delaware. He served as senior special counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel of the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance from 2010 to 2011.
