On Monday, April 16th, Widener Law and its Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law
will host “Fiduciary Duties at the Intersection of Federal Bankruptcy and State Corporate Law,” a daylong CLE beginning at 8:45 a.m. in the Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom.
