On Monday, July 16th, Widener Law’s new online Master of Jurisprudence programs in Health Law and Corporate Law will commence with a special Intro to Law and Introduction to Online Learning seated class.

Students will be oriented to the online environment and take a step-by-step interactive introduction to the online classroom at the special class, which takes place at 6:00 p.m. in Room 248 of the Main Law Building on Widener Law’s Delaware campus.

The new format is designed to accommodate working professionals with busy schedules who are interested in improving their employment opportunities or keeping pace with the changing regulatory environment.

“I am proud to be part of Widener University School of Law as we launch our distinctive online programs,” said Assistant Dean and Executive Director of Institutes Eileen Grena-Piretti.

“I believe that the new online programs reflect a long-held commitment to offer graduate level education leading to a variety of law-related careers in corporate and health law, compliance and legal nurse consulting,” she adds.

In addition to the general Corporate and Health Law programs, Widener Law offers specific tracks that allow students to earn an MJ in Health Law with Certificates in either Regulatory Analysis & Compliance or Legal Nurse Consulting & Hospital Regulatory Compliance, or an MJ in Corporate Law with a Certificate in Regulatory Analysis & Compliance.
