Widener Law held its biggest alumni event of the year on Wednesday, March 28 at Vie in Philadelphia. The reception celebrated the accomplishments of alumnus John Savoth ’85, the new chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, as well as recently elected alumni judges. It brings together graduates of the law school’s campuses in Harrisburg, Pa. and Wilmington, Del. for an evening of networking and socializing. More than 200 alumni, judges, students, faculty, and staff were in attendance. The event featured gourmet hors d’oeuvres, open bar, a silent auction, music and complimentary valet parking.
“This reception is a great way for our graduates to mix and mingle with one another and with members of the bench and bar.” said Law Dean Linda L. Ammons
