The Harrisburg Student Bar Association held a celebrity bartending event featuring several teachers and students on Thursday, February 9. The fundraiser was held at Molly Brannigan’s from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. as an effort to raise money for the graduating class gift.
The event, which drew in a large crowd, raised $280.00. Faculty celebrity bartenders included Dean of Students
Keith Sealing, Professor
John Capowski, Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development
Ben Barros, Associate Professor
Michael Hussey, and Professor
Juliet Moringello. The student celebrity bartenders included Laura Kurtz, Donovan DeLuca, and Alla Mayzel.
The 3L class gift committee plans on having several more fundraisers later in the semester.
