Special Master Class Series to Look at Whistleblowing

Widener Law’s
Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law
and the Ruby R. Vale Foundation will sponsor a special Masters Class Series on Whistleblowing beginning on Tuesday, January 8th.
There will be a total of seven classes running on
Tuesday afternoons from 4:20 until 6:10 p.m between January and April
. Taught by instructors with extensive professional experience, the classes will look at a variety of issues including attorney professional responsibility,
qui tam
actions, whistleblowing and corporate criminal liability, and regulatory whistleblowing programs.
CLE credits are available, with Delaware attorneys eligible to receive 1.8 CLE credits and Pennsylvania attorneys eligible for 1.5. The February 5th session will yield 1.8 enhanced ethics CLE credits in Delaware and 1.5 ethics CLE credits in Pennsylvania.
