An opportunity for
paralegal students to work in the legal environment and receive class credit toward their graduation requirements. Each student is required to work 150 hours over the course of a semester which can be flexibly scheduled in one or two days. The student will: perform supervised paralegal work at an approved office; attend three lectures on the topics of ethics, resume/cover letter drafting, and job search strategies/interviewing; and complete a binder containing descriptions of the various tasks completed, legal issues, problems encountered, and writing samples.
