Peggy O'Neill, Esq.Nicole Ballenger, Esq. Ms. Ballenger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Elizabethtown College in 1992. She received her certificate in paralegal studies from the Legal Education Institute of Widener University School of Law in 1994.
Ms. Ballenger worked as a paralegal at Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz, Siegel and Bhaya from 1994 until 1998 when she attended Widener University School of Law, graduating with her J.D. in 2001.
From 2001 until 2004, Ms. Ballenger practiced in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, bankruptcy and social security disability. Currently, she is full time faculty and Assistant Director of the Legal Education Institute of Widener University School of Law.
Eileen A. Grena, RN, BSN, JD
Ms. Grena graduated from American University with a B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in Biology in May 1988. She graduated from Widener University School of Law with a J.D. in May 1992 and from the University of Delaware School of Nursing with an R.N., B.S.N., in February 1997.
Ms. Grena was an adjunct professor at Manor Junior College and a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Christiana Care Health System. She has also served as the Mental Health/Mental Retardation County Solicitor at the Chester County Mental Health Court, Assistant Counsel for Jeanes Hospital of Philadelphia, and as an Arbitration Judge for Chester County.
Ms. Grena is currently Assistant Dean and Director at Widener University Law Center Legal Education Institute, an adjunct professor for Widener University School of Law, and a practicing legal nurse consultant. She lectures on various topics concerning Advance Directives, Nursing Documentation and Health Law.
Peggy O'Neill, Esq. Ms. O'Neill graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Richard Stockton State College in 1992. She became a licensed CPA in 1993. Since 1993 she has worked as a CPA in her own firm, and also implemented software systems in the manufacturing and distribution industries.
Ms. O'Neill graduated from Widener University School of Law with her J.D. in 2004, and is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. Currently, she is a full-time faculty member and Special Projects Coordinator with the Legal Education Institute of Widener University.
