Description of Events

• Barristers' Ball - The Student Bar Association sponsors a semi-formal/formal ball in celebration of the graduating class. All students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend. The Ball will be held at the Harrisburg Hilton on March 28 at 7:00 p.m. Dinner will be followed by dancing until 11:00 p.m.
• Awards Ceremony & Reception - Recipients of various Commencement awards and scholarships, guests and donors are invited to attend an awards ceremony and reception in the Administration Building of the Harrisburg Campus on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Invitations will be sent following the final determination of the awards.
• Commencement Ceremony - The ceremony in celebration of the achievements of the graduates of December 2007, May 2008, and August 2008 will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 18, at the Forum, located in the Capitol Complex, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Graduates should report to the back hallway of the Forum no later than 10:00 a.m. to check in. There is no rehearsal; however, we will have a meetingfor all participating graduates to review procedures for the processional. Finalinstructions, robing and queuing for the processional will take the full time. Please do not be late. The ceremony will end at approximately 12:30 p.m.
• Commencement Reception - All graduates, their families, and guests are invited to attend a reception immediately following the Commencement ceremony at Strawberry Square. Light refreshments will be served.
