Financial Eligibility Form: This form is needed to see if you qualify for assistance under the guidelines for receiving free legal assistance set by the State Bar Associations of Delaware and Pennsylvania. Your form is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone other than our office personell. You will recieve a call if you are financially eligible our intake paralegal will call you to schedule an interview with one of our staff members or student interns.
