How the Veterans Law Clinic Can Help You
The Veterans Law Clinic (VLC) does not compete with your National Veterans Service Officer who may have helped you with your original claim. The VLC helps you after the VSO is unable to take your case any further. So, the VLC plugs a gap in veterans' assistance by handling appeals to the BVA.

The VLC may be able to provide you with an evaluation of your case before the 365 day time limit for filing a Notice of Disagreement runs out.

Equipped with good advice, you will be able to decide whether you want to pursue an appeal.

The VLC may be able to represent you if you meet poverty level criteria and have a good and meritorious claim under veterans' benefits law. There is no charge for our services.

If you do not win before the BVA, the VLC may take your appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and beyond, if necessary.
