Jane W. Voegele
Adjunct Professor

Jane W. Voegele joined the faculty as an Adjunct Professor of Law in the Legal Methods Department at Widener's Delaware campus in 2003. Professor Voegele earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in General Arts and a B.S., magna cum laude, in Accountancy from Villanova University. Prior to attending law school, she worked as an auditor for the Philadelphia office of Arthur Anderson & Co. and obtained her certification as a public accountant.

She subsequently received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, Professor Voegele was Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. In her third year, she worked as a Teaching Assistant (Legal Writing).

Following graduation from law school, Professor Voegele clerked for Judge J. William Ditter, Jr. and for Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Professor Voegele practiced law with Dechert, L.L.P. in Philadelphia. Her work focused primarily on labor and employment practices, advice and litigation and included arbitration, mediation, trial and appellate matters in state and federal court. She is currently admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
