Housing in Delaware
Widener Law’s Delaware campus maintains two residence halls, Concord Hall and Shipley Hall, with 150 single occupancy rooms between them. The campus also has 24 furnished one and two bedroom townhouses.

The rooms in the residence halls are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Male and female students are housed separately either by floor or wing. Residence in the townhouses is open only to law students and their spouses. Students living in the townhouses are allowed to choose their own roommates. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in any on campus residence.

Our attractive campus is conveniently located with easy access to I-95, and features well-lit, safe parking and 24-hour security. The campus is located within walking distance of the Concord Mall, supermarkets, hotels, banks, and numerous restaurants. Northern Delaware also offers many diverse social and cultural opportunities. Students interested in off-campus housing should look at the many reasonably priced apartment complexes in the area. Information regarding off-campus housing may be obtained from the Admissions Office.
