An Exchange at the Exchange: Washington, D.C. Happy Hour Held
Published: October 3, 2007
1003dchappyhourA group of Widener Law alumni and guests recently networked at a happy hour in the Nation's Capitol. The attorneys met at the Exchange Saloon in North West DC to enjoy drinks and exchange business cards.

Alumni at the September 27 networking social represented classes from the 70's, 80's, 90's, and 00's. There were graduates from both campuses and both the regular and extended division programs. The two hour gathering provided a prime opportunity to mingle with fellow alumni employed in a variety of practice areas: government agencies, firms, and corporation.

The Washington, D.C. alumni chapter hopes to make these networking socials a quarterly occurrence and is planning the next happy hour for early December. To find out how you can help with the next D.C. happy hour or become a more active D.C. area alumnus/a contact Ashley N. Barton, Assistant Director of Alumni Relations/Development at 717-541-3974 or anbarton@widener.edu.
