Widener announces plans for paralegal continuing education program

The Widener University Legal Education Institute will host a half-day program "CLE for Paralegals" on Tuesday, Feb. 27 on the Concord Pike, Wilmington campus of Widener University School of Law. Registration and continental breakfast will begin at 8:15 a.m.

Topics and presenters are:
  • Residential real estate
    9 to 10 a.m.
    Bill Ward, Esq., partner at Ward and Taylor in Wilmington.
  • Civil litigation
    10:15 to 11:15 a.m.
    Michael Hawley, Esq., partner at Taras M. Wochok & Associates Ltd. in Paoli, Pa.
  • Confidentiality and attorney-client privilege
    11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
    Andrea Rocanelli, Esq., chief counsel at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel Supreme Court, State of Delaware
Documentation of attendance will be provided.
The seminar will be held in the Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom inside the Main Law Building. The cost is $65 and additional attendees from the same firm or company may register for $55. The program is free for current Widener Legal Education Institute students.
