Veterans Law Clinic Director to Participate in ABA Webinar on Benefits and Rights for Returning Vets

Holbrook will be a faculty member for a special American Bar Association live webinar and teleconference titled The Returning Disabled Veteran: Right and Benefits. How We as Lawyers Can Make a Difference on Wednesday, April 4th, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST.

The webinar will examine how practicing attorneys can help disabled veterans through the long and involved claims process. The four distinguished speakers serving as faculy for the event will offers insights on how best to represent veterans whose claims have been denied and talk about how to get involved with representing veterans pro bono.

Joining Professor Holbrook as faculty for the webinar are Will Gunn, General Counsel for the Department of Veteran Affairs; Jonathan Kane, a Partner at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Berwyn, PA; and the Honorable Mary Schoelen of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C.
