MJ Global Compliance Certificate
MJGlobalComplainceArtwork390pxThe Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) Degree online programs at Widener Law offer a variety of opportunities to explore or enhance professional and personal development. Widener Law is at the forefront in compliance education and is accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB). Widener Law offers an MJ degree in Corporate and Business Law and in Health Law with a Certificate in Global Compliance and Ethics.

The Certificate in Global Compliance and Ethics will provide students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to prepare for the Compliance Certification Board examination with the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) to become a Certified Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) ®. Widener Law offers a distinctive program that prepares students for the (CCEP-I) exam. According to the Compliance Certification Board, the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional–International (CCEP-I)® is someone with knowledge of relevant international regulations and expertise in compliance processes sufficient to assist organizations with their legal obligations, and someone who promotes organizational integrity through the operation of effective compliance programs. Earning an MJ degree from Widener Law enables a student to sit for the CCB exam without the otherwise required 1500 hours of related work experience.

Masters level courses are available in global transactions, global compliance and ethics, contract drafting, legal writing, a global compliance capstone, and more.

Widener Law offers three matriculation dates:
  • Summer (May/June)
  • Fall (August)
  • Spring (January)
